In order for your business to get the most out of your software investment, Support One takes the time to map your business processes before we begin the implementation phase. This allows us to get to know your business in all aspects, from your day to day operations to your compliance regulations. This process may be completed onsite or via teleconferencing. We follow the four major steps of process mapping:
1. Process Identification- This first step allows us to gain full comprehension of all processes within your business. We double check our understanding of all departments in order to gain an understanding of what functions are performed on a daily basis.
2. Information Gathering- The second step is to identify your business objectives, risks you must weigh on a daily basis and any key controls in each process. We want to understand the overall business goals you hope to achieve with your new software investment.
3. Interviewing and Mapping- This step allows us to dig deeper. We like to interview employees (usually managers or decision makers) within each department in order to get a more detailed analysis of processes. This also allows us to hear some of the “gaps” and frustrations within each department we will work toward eliminating. We are able to start putting together a plan of implementation in order to deploy the software to best fit your business model.
4. Analysis and Feedback- This final step lays out how we will be implementing the software to fit your unique business. We utilize our knowledgeable staff, resources and tools to ensure your business will run more efficiently and effectively. We communicate to you our plan and ensure you are satisfied with it before moving forward into the implementation phase.
Our goal at Support One is to satisfy every customer. If your business is not growing, neither is ours. We use business mapping in order to ensure that you gain the desired return on your software investment. We strive for our customers to be so satisfied with Support One, that they are referring us to other businesses.
